HOUSE RULES
Dear Guests!
We warmly welcome you to our hotel and wish you a pleasant, relaxing stay filled with enjoyable experiences!
All our staff members do their utmost to make this possible; however, your cooperation is also essential.
For this reason, we kindly ask you to consider and comply with the following rules and guidelines.
The house rules are an inseparable part of the hotel contract.
Check-in
Rooms can be occupied from 3:00 PM on the day of arrival.
Earlier arrival is possible only by prior arrangement.
If the room is occupied before 3:00 PM, the hotel reserves the right to charge an additional fee.
Guests receive a key card upon check-in, which requires the registration of all persons staying in the room.
Registration includes the accurate completion of the registration form and proof of identity.
For stateless persons and non-EU citizens, presenting and submitting a stateless identity card or passport is mandatory by law.
By accepting the room key, guests acknowledge and accept the hotel’s House Rules.
Reception opening hours: 2:30 PM – 11:00 PM. Outside these hours, reception is available by phone.
Check-out
On the day of departure, we kindly ask you to vacate your room with all your luggage and belongings by 10:00 AM, and to return the key card received at check-in to the reception.
In case of late check-out, the hotel reserves the right to charge an additional fee.
If the room is not vacated by 4:00 PM on the departure day, a full night’s room rate will be charged.
It is possible to extend your stay on the departure day for an extra fee, provided no new guests are arriving in the room that day.
For the current extension fee, please inquire at the reception.
Before leaving the room, please ensure that you have not left behind any valuables or personal items, and kindly remove the magnetic card from the wall holder to cut off the power supply to the room.
On the day of departure, after check-out, our beach can be used free of charge until 3:00 PM. During this time, we can provide a luggage room upon request.
The colored beach towel may also be used and must be returned in good condition at reception when leaving the hotel.
We kindly draw your attention to the fact that if you wish to leave the already occupied accommodation earlier than the date specified in your reservation, you are required to pay the full amount corresponding to the entire duration of the booking.
The total cost of your hotel stay must be settled, in the manner specified in the confirmation, no later than before your final departure from the hotel.
In case of refusal to pay for any reason, the hotel is entitled to retain the guest’s belongings brought into the hotel and enforce its lien on them.
In the event of departure without payment, the hotel will enforce its claim against the guest through legal channels in addition to filing a police report, and the associated costs will be charged to the guest.
Any subsequently incurred and unpaid charges will be charged to the guest’s credit card by the hotel.
Accepted Payment Methods, Discount Cards, Currency Exchange
Cash (HUF, EUR)
Bank cards (MasterCard, Visa, Maestro)
SZÉP cards (OTP, MBH, K&H)
If you have any additional discount cards, please inform us in advance, as we are unable to apply discounts retrospectively.

The accompanying adult is responsible for the child’s safety and any damages caused by the child.
Hotel services may only be used by guests under 18 when accompanied by a parent or another authorized legally competent person.
No alcoholic beverages will be served to persons under 18 years of age on the hotel premises or at hotel events.
Visitors
Only guests registered at the reception may stay in the hotel rooms.
Please meet your visitors in the hotel lobby.
External visitors are only allowed in the hotel’s public areas.
Guests are responsible for the behavior of their visitors, including any potential damages.
The hotel excludes all liability for any damages caused by the visitor to the guest or any third party.
For guests exceeding the number stated in the room reservation, the hotel will charge an additional fee at the current daily rate.
Pets
Dogs or cats are allowed, for an additional fee, in designated hotel rooms depending on availability.
Pets are not allowed in the hotel restaurant, at the pool, or on the beach.
Pets must not be left unattended on the hotel premises. For dogs, the use of a muzzle is recommended.
Only healthy animals are permitted to enter the hotel, and proof of valid vaccinations must be presented at the time of reservation and check-in (vaccination booklet).
The owner bears full responsibility for any damage caused by their pet.
Parking
Hotel guests may park their vehicles free of charge in the hotel’s parking area. Parking spaces are available on a first-come, first-served basis.
All traffic regulations (as per Hungarian Highway Code) must be observed in the parking area. The maximum allowed speed in the closed parking area is 5 km/h.
If guests wish to use the parking lot, they must provide the vehicle’s license plate number on the registration form at check-in.
Failure to provide this information will result in the denial of parking access.
Guests are directly liable to the injured party for any damage caused to another vehicle.
WIFI
The hotel provides a free WIFI system for guests.
The WIFI access password is provided upon check-in, together with the room key card.
The hotel does not guarantee continuous and uninterrupted operation or availability of the WIFI service.
The hotel assumes no responsibility for any direct or indirect damage to guests’ devices or data caused by or during the use of WIFI.
Guests use the WIFI service at their own risk.
Daily Cleaning
Room cleaning is carried out once a day between 9:00 AM and 4:00 PM.
If the housekeeping staff finds a “Do Not Disturb” sign on the door handle during this time, the room will not be cleaned, and the guest is not entitled to any refund or compensation.
For environmental reasons, the hotel will only replace towels that are placed on the bathroom floor.
“Do Not Disturb” Sign
Housekeeping begins cleaning rooms daily from 9:00 AM onward. By placing the “Do Not Disturb” sign on the external door handle, guests clearly indicate that hotel staff should not disturb, knock, or enter the room.
Guests place the “Do Not Disturb” sign at their own risk and responsibility.
If hotel staff see the sign on the guest’s door handle on the day of check-out and receive no response to a phone call or knocking, they may enter the room at any time after 10:00 AM.
In extraordinary circumstances (e.g., fire, terrorist threat, etc.), or if the hotel has reasonable grounds to believe—based on available information—that the guest’s life, health, physical safety, or property may be in danger, and the guest does not respond to the hotel’s phone call, hotel staff are authorized to enter the room without prior notice.
The hotel does not accept liability for any damages or inconveniences resulting from the improper use of the “Do Not Disturb” sign.
Laundry and Ironing
The hotel offers laundry and ironing services. Please use the laundry bag and price list found in the room closet.
If handed in before 9:00 AM, items will be returned within 24 hours.
Meals
Breakfast is served in buffet (self-service) style, with a selection of food and beverages available at the restaurant buffet.
Breakfast hours: 7:30 AM to 10:00 AM.
The hotel offers unlimited food consumption at the breakfast buffet; however, taking food or beverages away for later consumption is not allowed.
If guests take food or drinks from the breakfast area without prior approval from the hotel, 50% of the breakfast price per person per occasion will be charged to their account.
We kindly ask guests to visit the restaurant in seasonally appropriate and suitable attire.
Food Allergies
Guests with special dietary needs are kindly requested to inform us prior to arrival.
The hotel restaurant provides documentation on allergens, available at the buffet and on our snack menu.
Other Consumption
Food and beverages consumed beyond the basic service (breakfast) can be charged to the room account and settled on the day of departure.
Food and drinks purchased outside the hotel may only be consumed in the hotel room. Consumption in public areas, the restaurant, bar, or wellness area is not permitted.
Electronic Surveillance System on Hotel Premises
Movement within and around the hotel is monitored by an electronic surveillance system (cameras), during which video recordings containing personal data are made. The camera system is operated by the hotel.
The purpose of surveillance and recording is to protect the life and physical safety of individuals on the hotel premises, as well as the property of those present and that of the hotel itself.
By entering and staying on the hotel premises, guests consent to the data processing related to video recording and acknowledge the terms outlined in the hotel’s data protection policy.
Hotel Equipment and Furnishings
Guests are required to use hotel equipment and furnishings properly and as intended. Any damage resulting from improper use or requiring extra cleaning must be compensated by the guest upon request from the hotel, or at the latest before departure.
Hotel furnishings and equipment may only be taken outside the hotel premises with prior written permission from the hotel.
Any rearrangement of furniture within the hotel room may only be carried out by hotel staff or an authorized person designated by the hotel.
Removing any hotel property without prior written authorization is considered a criminal offense, and the hotel will take the necessary civil and criminal legal action.
Guests are obligated to report any malfunction of hotel equipment or furnishings. Guests are not permitted to repair or attempt to repair the damage themselves. The hotel assumes no responsibility for any damage resulting from such actions.
The cost of repairs is to be borne by the guest, and the hotel will charge the guest based on an official invoice.
Safety
All guests are required to follow the hotel’s fire safety regulations. In the event of a fire alarm, the building must be evacuated immediately using the designated escape routes, taking care of one another’s safety.
Fire extinguishers are located in the hallways on each floor. In case of fire, guests must notify the reception immediately.
Any damage caused by the improper use of manual fire alarm systems installed in the hotel shall be financially compensated by the person responsible or their legal representative.
It is strictly forbidden to store flammable or explosive materials in hotel rooms, and to use personal coffee machines, kettles, irons, or other electrical appliances.
Requests for ironing or laundry services should be made at the hotel reception.
The hotel is entitled to terminate the accommodation agreement with immediate effect if the guest uses the room (or other areas of the hotel) inappropriately or fails to comply with the hotel’s safety regulations and rules.
Items Not Permitted on Hotel Premises
The following items are strictly prohibited from being brought onto the hotel premises:
• Substances classified as corrosive or flammable under applicable laws,

• Fireworks, firecrackers, and their parts or components,
• Waste or items hazardous to the environment or health,
• Psychotropic substances (narcotics),
• Food or drink not purchased at the hotel (including alcoholic beverages),
• Extremely valuable or expensive items, antiques.
Upon prior written request from the guest, the hotel may grant written permission to bring otherwise prohibited items onto the premises.
If a guest brings in a prohibited item without prior written permission, the hotel may remove or have the item removed at the guest’s expense.
The hotel assumes no responsibility for any damage to items brought in without permission.
The guest bears full legal and financial responsibility for any damage or harm caused by unauthorized items to other guests, third parties, or the hotel.
Smoking
The hotel is a non-smoking property. Therefore, smoking and the use of electronic cigarettes are strictly prohibited in all indoor areas of the hotel, including guest rooms and public spaces, except in designated smoking areas.
Smoking is only allowed in the designated areas in front of the hotel entrance and at the designated area on the beach. Smoking anywhere else on the hotel premises is strictly prohibited.
Violation of this rule will result in a 50,000 HUF fee for extra cleaning and deodorizing.
Hotel staff are authorized to remind guests or any persons on the premises to comply with these regulations and to stop smoking or using electronic cigarettes.
Guests and anyone staying on the hotel premises are obligated to comply with the rules and to follow any such warnings.
If the hotel is fined by the authorities due to any violation of these rules by a guest or any person on the premises, the hotel reserves the right to pass the fine on to the individual responsible and to demand payment from them.
Illness or Death of a Guest
If a guest falls ill during their stay and is unable to act on their own behalf, the hotel will offer medical assistance. The guest accepts this assistance at their own responsibility and risk. The doctor is not an employee, agent, or associate of the hotel; therefore, the hotel assumes no responsibility for the diagnosis, the treatment provided, or any consequences thereof.
In the event of a guest’s illness or death, the hotel is entitled to claim reimbursement of any costs incurred from the ill/deceased guest’s relative, heir, or bill payer. This includes possible medical and procedural expenses, the cost of services used prior to death, and compensation for any damage caused to furnishings or equipment in connection with the illness or death.
In the case of an infectious disease, the hotel has the right to immediately terminate the hotel agreement without refund or compensation. The guest must vacate the premises with all personal belongings at their own expense within the time specified in the hotel’s notice of termination. In such cases, the hotel is obligated to act in accordance with Hungarian Regulation 18/1998. (VI. 3.) NM.
This regulation states that in the event of suspected infection, the hotel must call a doctor, who will determine whether the guest has a contagious illness.
Disruptive Behavior
To maintain a peaceful environment, loud noises, music, and disturbing activities (e.g. sound effects, excessively loud TV or radio in rooms) are prohibited after 10:00 PM throughout the hotel, except during events organized or authorized by the hotel.
Regardless of the time, any behavior that disturbs others’ peace, safety, sense of security, or privacy; constitutes or could constitute harassment; or is intended to intimidate others is strictly forbidden on the hotel premises.
Hotel staff have the right to warn guests engaging in disruptive or loud behavior. The first warning is free of charge; the second and third warnings will incur a charge of 5,000 HUF each, added to the guest’s room account.
After the third warning, the hotel reserves the right to unilaterally terminate the accommodation agreement with immediate effect and expel the guest without refund or compensation.
The hotel disclaims all responsibility for any harm caused by a guest’s behavior to another guest.
Lost and Found Items
Lost items should be handed in at the reception, where they will be recorded.
Food, perishable goods, and medicines will be destroyed by the hotel.
Other items will be stored for 30 days.
If the rightful owner comes forward, the item may be returned upon presentation of proof of identity and signature.
Items that can be mailed will be sent upon request, after the guest covers the shipping costs.
Hotel Liability
Please note that the hotel does not assume responsibility for valuables left in the room. We kindly ask our guests to store their valuables in the safe provided in the room.
Guests use the hotel’s facilities, including wellness and other services, at their own discretion and in accordance with their own health, physical, and mental condition. Therefore, the hotel excludes all liability for damage arising from improper use or from use that is not aligned with the guest’s actual condition.
Wake-up calls are provided as a courtesy service at the guest’s own risk and are not part of the contractual services of the hotel. The hotel accepts no responsibility for any damages resulting from a missed or delayed wake-up call.
Data Protection
By making a reservation and checking in, the guest voluntarily provides their personal data for processing by the hotel in accordance with the hotel’s Privacy Policy.
The hotel will only disclose information regarding a guest’s current, past, or future stay to third parties, including relatives, with the guest’s prior written consent.
This restriction does not apply to requests made under legal obligations. The guest acknowledges that the hotel is legally required to provide personal data to authorities upon official request, provided all legal conditions are met. The hotel cannot object to such requests made on the basis of law, authority order, or court decision.
